They used to sell computer parts too, and had a weird get free toys, maybe, promo up, but that is gone now. I've not heard of anyone using them and getting their toys and when someone asked about them in a joytoy group, no-one could answer that they were legit, but whoever runs their facebook had a rant.
It goes on and on. I don't have a concrete answer either way but personally I wouldn't trust them.
