A diaphragm join plus a lower ab crunch gives you twice the range of motion forward and back and is much more realistic because HUMAN BEINGS DO NOT PIVOT AT THE WAIST. We pivot at the fucking chest, and we can angle our chest at various degrees in relation to our core, which the diaphragm joint allows. It's fucking 2018. There is no excuse (except cheapness) for every 6 inch figure to not have this shit plus butterfly joints.
