But it is still very much possible. Lots of people are printing miniatures for tabletop gaming nowadays, and those things are like an inch tall. If we can get this kind of fidelity on those, Mighty Max sized figures shouldn't present that much of a problem. And this is with an FDM printer even! An SLA printer would net you even more finely detailed results.
