>>10391662Oh no, he's not even claiming it happened in shipping, that was my innitial assumption, he's insisted that his shipping is great because they use cardboard boxes at all (something about seeing bubble mailers also get run over by trucks). I gave him the benefit of the doubt though and presumed the damage was due to external factors, but it is just seeming like he straight up lied because he knows he made a mistake. He also completely overlooked the right arm has a big crack in the back, lol.
