>>6106176When you don't have him as victory saber his arm range is fine. There is a separate hinge at the shoulder that you can pull out to allow his whole arm assembly to swing forward and across the chest and he has significantly more outwards shoulder motion than Ultra Magnus
With Leo Victory on his back he loses a lot of that mobility though, mostly because Star Sabers backpack wasn't meant to hold that much mate and nudging it too hard causes the whole back pack assembly to swing down.
