The potential for details from aftermarket parts is there though.
The earlier kits in the range (up until #60-ish) came with a die-cast lower hull which is a bit uncommon, but its not that bad once you got used to it.
The later models have regular plastic lower hulls.
For me they offer an excellent compromise between price (if i order from asia on ebay they are usually around $15-20 with shipping), size and detail.
