my knight + horse set arrived. it looks fucking majestic. the right shoulder of the knight likes to pop off. i see what they're trying to do with turning it into a ball joint but at the same time, a qc anything less precise than bandai's always ends up with joints that easily pop off. not such a bad thing though as far as qc goes, this is most easily fixed. other than that, this is just one gorgeous set of toys. the engineering on the horse's neck is really cool to me. pretty cool too that they gave 3 different bases as options. i understand the complaints though about the knight having parts that can easily fall off as you pose but the articulation design is pretty nice. the parts falling off i've fixed with a nail polish layer on the ball shaped ends to tighten the connection.
