>>9777651There's not a really good term for these beyond "art dolls" or "soft sculptures" but you can best describe them as an articulated stuffed animal, whether it's via internal wiring, a teddy bear skeleton, or something else. This one appears to be needlefelt and faux fur, probably applied over a clay base underneath with eyes inset into the mold and a little paint applied for color. They're really cool, in my opinion, but there doesn't seem to be much of an english-language community for them.
If anyone wants to see more of them, check out sites like Etsy and the (unfortunately/hilariously-named) website Bearpile, which specializes in custom teddy bears (this is a thing) but which many sellers also use. They come up on other sites as well sometimes- big-name creators like Wood Splitter Lee Cross tend to sell exclusively via ebay auctions, and others like Gakman Creatures sell via Etsy and have waitlists of more than one year. The small ones make great BJD pets, and bigger ones make fun things to have around in their own right. Picrel is a spooky critter made by Errana's World, another pretty popular creator.
