>>7331331i have a bit trouble reading your post, but I'm 26yo dude
i just like the chilling back at home comfyness kind of feel, the fact that i mix it with kinda dingy retrofuturistic sci-fi and fantasy and stuff that adds sillyness to both camps
I don't want the hyper dramatic grimdark stuff, i want a nice homebase with friends to goof off in.
It's funny you mention the 30+yo dad thing, since i definately experience myself become more "dadlike" in ways. But just because you aproach things from a more 'keep the stable homefront' perspective to help people doesn't mean i don't still enjoy the child-like ideals. I just enjoy it on a bit more silly and self-aware level. I can understand the 'ramp that bike!' and 'my totally rad new fits are lit yo!' for the sillyness that it is, but i still genuinely enjoy for those same reasons too.
If i had a family lil niece or something that asked me to do a teaparty with their bears or something i'd enjoy that experience in an endearing way. That's the thing i think. The quality time aspect.
Currently working on a modified car with monstertruck chassis (that can steer!) with wacky gumball coloured paint-scheme though. Should post more pics of the stuff i made in the meantime though.
