I don't think its realistic for Mattel to actaully lose the license until they go bankrupt, because they'll outbid everyone.
WB would probably be complaining about MAttel's hugely lackluster performance with their license, but WB's own efforts are completely lackluster as well.
So Mattel has a very good excuse if WB ever complains.
One think I've always wondered is why Teen Titan's license is completely seperate. Bandai used to make TT toys and now Jazwares or whomever the current shithouse is.
Even these two companies have made almost literal shit with that license.
