This is an anonymous thread so I will share my regret and how I lost my MOTU Classics collection to my ex's affair with my former best friend.
I'm in my mid to late 20s. Back in 2018, I had several MOTU Classics such as Triklops, Battle Cat, He-Man, Merman, Webstor, Catra, Skeletor, Panthor...
I was also with a girl that was a golddigger. She would ask for my wage all the time. She was very poor and greedy, and I had a good job. But she was beautiful and hot, I'm not gonna lie my fellow Masters.
So, I used to take a bus to my job and University. I was postponing my driver's license since here it's absurdly expensive and I would try the exam in a few years when I would have finished my classes.
Needless to say, I live in a third-world country. Well, my girl was insisting a lot that I should make my driver's license ASAP, that it was important (when we went on dates we used Uber). I was tired of that every day complaining and I said "Okay, you won, I will make my driver's license right now."
Dad said that he couldn't help me because of his bills and that after I graduated he would pay (Here the driver's license is expensive, as I said). I was deeply in love (fool, right?) and I looked at my shelves full of MOTU and thought 'Okay, I'm gonna pass them'
I needed the money ASAP so I sold most of them for 50% to 1/3 of the original price. I passed a Battle Cat for 100 bucks, a He-Man for 70?, Triklops (my favorite) for 50... and it goes on.
Just to resume, I made the test, passed, I don't have a car yet and neither my MOTUs. But I discovered that the girl was on a two-time with my former best friend.
