Besides, I don't see how this line is any less body horror. That shark, for example, has its skin tearing away, and its entire jaw has been replaced with a mechanical one. Think about how fucked that would be on a human, it's basically Raiden's creepy robot jaw. It's not less disturbing, it's just crappily executed this time around.
