I know you're trying to do a good thing, but I tried to do my part and hang out/post there and it just doesn't have enough traffic to keep my interest. I can keep forcing myself to go, but it just gets depressing when nobody has replied to the threads you're interested in.
I am also dubious that it will get any better. I think that even if it starts to get enough traffic to become an interesting place, the percentage of shitposters and trolls will also increase with that influx of traffic, and over time it will follow the same path /toy/ did. This may be a very pessimistic outlook, but I guess that's where I'm at mentally after watching this board go down the tubes for a decade.
