Point is, if they remade the og colours, you would just have more of the same but with newer prints and newer colours might never have been made. If you get a new colour, you can still find the og colours and have both. I'd only make a seperate argument for them making more white CS figs as those tended to discolour quite horribly.
However I'm biased. My favourite colours are all shades of pink through purple and i use those a lot in MOCs. I understand your argument about not using primary colours for classic space though. The LEGOLAND flag was red yellow blue white and black for a reason. Hell, the absolute die-hard modernism purist in my thought green was already a bit too far and the gray torso (despite being bluish gray) was the only good addition as they already made those old motorcycle helmets in gray.
