Even giant companies with huge international reach would go out of business by not selling to the US.
The only toy companies who wouldn't immediately collapse from not selling to the US are the ones that already aren't selling to the US.
And I'm not ignoring your preorder remark, because preorders account for almost nothing and the vast majority of people don't like them, preferring immediate gratification. Hence retail still accounting for the vast majority of sales in the world vs online shopping (7 trillion vs 1 trillion in the US).
