Because the 2 guns there are actually different than what's being bundled with the new Stormtrooper currently, though you can argue the one with the big barrel is essentially the same since both are based on the Lewis Gun but have some differences. You're not wrong though, same amount of accessories as the Rogue One version yet more expensive.
