Ended up getting the edgy velociraptor repaint. The molding does restrict some movement, especially around the hips and tail which is admittedly more accurate if it stays stiff anyway, but I don't really have a problem with joints being too tight. I have no frame of reference to compare but maybe he's sorted that out?
