Hasbro and Lucas kept on reusing teh same license over and over since the 90s. The only changes Hasbro and Lucas made was mainly dealing with dates, sales, and % of money they need to pay, which was redacted, cause those are trade secrets n shit. They don't want to give exact amounts, because the license isn't up for negotiation with another company until Hasbro says no more (or the license got stripped away if Hasbro preformed as poorly as Mattel did with DC).
The license was only changed after Disney bought Star Wars.
