I've said this thousands of times, but doing this removes the original soul of those Beast Wars designs. I get the organic bits grossing people out, but if you really must redesign them, go back to the Guyver roots; organic shapes, but inorganic looking material. The transmetal designs especially need those curving, smooth shapes to really feel right. I think the insect Predacons held up the most because their beast bits already looked pretty biomechanical and thus seeing them in robot mode looked more natural than mammal parts hanging off.
