>>8603897Aw man I remember going to KB and picking up RE2 Leon with the Licker and some Metal Gear Solid figures. Psycho Mantis and Snake, I’m pretty sure. I’m from a really rural area and the only mall was like an hour and a half away so I remember it being kind of a special thing. I don’t think I had seen many video game figures near me at that time, though I do recall picking up a bunch of Ocarina of Time figures too. Just don’t remember if they were before or after that particular trip. Also remember being introduced to Fist of the North Star by finding a Kenshiro figure (the one with a bunch of interchangeable hands, the Violence figure or whatever, definitely an import) on one of those trips.
Had a local comic book store near me that my parents would always take me to after dentist appointments. Pic related was the first comic book figure I ever bought I’m pretty sure. Kept him for years, just until the past two years or so I actually sold him.
