> As for the snake Men, Rattlor and Tung Lashor were designed ahead of King Hiss (and included as Horde Villains based on their earliest designs). By the time King Hiss was completed and the Snake Men as a faction had been created, She-Ra was already in full swing.

Almost all the New for 86 MotU figures got used in Filmation's She-Ra.
Horde Troopers were Filmation-first ("Secret of the Sword"/"Into Etheria").
Rattlor and Tung Lashor are in "Enchanted Castle", approved September 28, 1984-April 17, 1985.
Multi-Bot's appearance in "Black Snow" was approved January 17-April 17, 1985
Snout Spout's only S1 episode was approved January 22-May 9, 1985.
Stonedar and Rokkon next in "The Rock People" (apparently #44).
And finally Colonel Blast (who would become Rio Blast) in "The Wizard" (#52).
Of course King Hiss was created with a story so tied to Eternia that She-Ra couldn't have used him once he was ready without creating a new one, but it does suggest that Extendar and Dragstor were the very last figures designed for 86, with Rio in third place if not King Hiss.
