So did a bit of research and measuring, and it seems like while most sites list SROE Goku at 5.5 inches tall, 5.5 inches is the top of his head, and it doesn't include the spike of hair above him. Kind of sense as when you measure a persons height, you don't count their huge afro or mohawk or spikes or whatever. Omen Goku is also listed on P-Bandai at 5.5 inches, so assuming he isn't smaller, the hair spike on him isn't counted either.
I'm curious now as to where P-Bandai is measuring Cooler as 7.5 inches. His spike things are really part of his body, and not hair. Is 7.5 inches point A, B, or C? If it's A or B, he'll be scaled fine, but if it's C, he'll be WAAAAY too small.
