There's a bubble helmet, turbines for swimming, suction cup feet, three or four different frog heads to choose from, etc.
It's also somewhat ironic that you say Grave Frog is "just a frog head on a mech suit" when aside from the fingers and toes there is absolutely nothing about Cyberfrog's body that says "frog."
