Interestingly, her head is three parts: an inner head piece with the ears, the hair, and the face and horns (which is about the same plastic used on the Man-Thing torso). Her armored leg also has little pockmarks on it. I don't think that's intentional because if feels smooth. It might be an issue with the plastic they used, but it looks good wherever it's not a big crunchy ripple.
