If they weren't so concerned with copying the physically impossible designs in the cartoon or drawing overdesigned shit like in the comics, then you could probably make something feasable. Literally all you need to do is find a relatively slim vehicle and try to incorporate a thinner waist, wider hips and narrower shoulders. It's like they can only do either: generic woman with huge back kibble or "man". You can very easily have vehicle mass in the forearms and shins and have it look female why don't designers do this it seems so obvious
