And swivels at the thighs and biceps, good 90 degree bends at the elbows and knees. Although Tomahawk does suffer from that classic transformers trope of his shins being four times longer than his thighs, so the knee bend doesn't accomplish a whole lot.
Decent toy overall, as the cool guy copter his position was usurped by Skyhammer the next year and then T30 Springer a few more after that.
