We all know how the story ended. The GSR was destroyed and became unhabitable, the Matorans and all other species' evacuated into the newly formed Spherus Magna.
Now I´m coming to my point:

Racial tensions, so to speak.
But would Matorans also be prejudice against eachother? We know that Karzahni's Matorans were abominations.
When the first Voya Nui Matorans were described, they were portrayed as abominations. Ugly. Disformed.
Rebuilt Matorans might look uniform, but they are also a long shot from the normal proportions a Matoran should have.
Would Matorans shit on eachother and bully deformed fellow Matorans?
What are your thoughts?
IMO it's fairly possible that rebuilt Matorans (Mata Nui and Voya Nui) face some sort of treatment that sets them apart from the majority of their people. Perhaps they are seen as freaks?
