Why would an adult expect a $250 retail-price Barbie from the Barbie Collector series which features accessories like fragile porcelain roses, delicate feathers and snaggable lace expect it to be designed or treated remotely the same as an action figure? It's not like the Barbie Collector series is known for dolls which "do" things like have heads pop off. If you're looking for a toy to PLAY with that DOES something, maybe look for the Barbie dolls that are literally designed for that purpose and not dolls from the Collector label, especially not the higher Collector label tiers which the Women of Royalty dolls were part of. Are you also enraged that the Elizabeth I Barbie didn't come with removable smallpox scars? Stomping your feet because you can't feed Josephine water and then squeeze her so she can cry bitter tears over her inability to produce a child for Napoleon?
Not every collector line from a toy company is meant to be on the same level as an action figure.
