>>9875427>>9875437It actually doesn't matter how big a company is when it comes to getting discounts for shipping. Only thing that matters is shipping VOLUME.
If a company is making trillions of dollars per year and has 50 million employees, they will never get the same discount for shipping as fucking Target or Bubba's Bait Web Shop, if they only mail out a thousand packages per month (and maybe not even that).
Companies like Hasbro and McFarlane mainly just deal with freight shipping a few dozen crates/pallets/packages per month and let distributors or Walmart/Target/Walgreen's own shipping trucks handle delivery to their distribution warehouses and specific stores.
The webstores for Hasbo, Mattel, McFarlane, etc are miniscule and probably handle fewer purchases than your local comic book or gamestop store. They handle maybe 1/1000th of orders of BBTS or Dorkside.
Even clothing store companies, like zappos, gap, etc aren't getting that great of a discount, despite having a giant online sales. You're paying $10-15 in shipping unless you buy $50-150 in products.
