I thought Bandai's wasnt a model and more like a Robot Damashi? Simplistic as fuck.

Anyway, Mcfarlane's is probably easier than painting a normal cheap mini, since you can move the limbs around to hard to reach places, unlike the statueshit that many minis are.

Reaper makes some of their minis in the US.

Their Bones minis are basically like MUSCLE MEN figures, but are paintable. So super durable rubbery figures for nerds.
