I finally got the onesixthkit head for IW cap, and it's, uh, much better. Swapping out all the pieces for the neck and forearms was a pain, but I'm at least impressed at how much work dude did to recast and paint parts just so the skintones would match. It's also cool that it's actually cheaper than the downey and holland ones even with all the extra stuff.
Only downsides I'd say is that the range of motion upwards is definitely reduced. And for as much work that goes into replacing everything above the chest, the final neck connection is pretty loose. It'd be cool if the stock endgame cap heads are good so I don't have to jump through this many hoops, but I'm very happy with this.
