I've checked all my dragonoids, and the only one with a "hook" on the "neck" is the Armored Alliance one as per pic related. How the hell did you break this?
Anyway, if you can't find the broken hook, there's a few things you can do. File it down flat and then use some expired plastic credit cards, cut them in small triangles and use super glue to keep it steady. If you're feeling frisky you can also use the smallest, tiniest bit of green stuff, which hardens like plastic. Don't forget it is a little triangle shape, not a square.
