>>6214046Back to the bodies, we can see older Clawdeen out sassying the rookie wolf, Silvi. Both the reboot Clawdeen dolls and Silvi share unique body parts that differ from the rest of the dolls. Both have noticeable fur sculpting on their wrists and ankles. Thankfully this fur doesn’t get in the way of taking clothes on and off. But it does beg the question as to whether Clawdeen’s chocolate brown body color is bare skin with hairy extremities or all close cropped fur. Hmmm…
BTW, I picked up Slivi because I feared that she may be a one-off character, never to be seen in doll form for years to come, if at all. And I’m sort of regretting it. I knew she’d be a “fixer-upper” doll. Her outfit is gawdawful and needed to be switched out. Her crimped “electrified” hair had to be changed too. So I tried boiling the hair and spraying it with my homemade doll wig restorer. (mix one part fabric softener with nine parts water in a spray bottle.) But that didn’t work. Silvi’s hair is still crimpy. I also tried putting her in Clawdeen’s debut outift, but the style & colors don’t quite work with Silvi. I’m thinking that Silvi has more of a heavy metal/biker style of outfit with a lot of denim, leather and shiny metal zippers & such. But anything’s better than the neon puke outfit she wears right of the box.
