The Star Wars ones were absolutely tiny, they were like the size of a 1/6 figure's head basically. They also only came with a single figure with nothing to really do, they were like glorified dioramas.
Horror Heads were substantially larger, and contained several removable monsters or gimmicks. Some even contained ships for Max to ride around on, opening hatches, or moving traps in the environment. They were MUCH more playable than the Star Wars mini heads.
