>>7034724Just thought of a proper ending. Essentially the MoUP is destroyed and Makuta reverts back to normal. Somehow Umarak is made by Makuta and sent back in time right before he is defeated. The island begins to decay and the Toa realize they must go back in time as well to stop Umarak. They are "heroes through time" and it's always been their destiny to save the island and return back to the beginning to repeat the process. They accept their fate happily because in starting all over they know Okoto will be safe. So they say their goodbyes and used the Vahi to head back to the start of 2015, their memories gone and their destiny fulfilled. The Creatures stay to watch over the island. This would also explain the remembering the Maze of Control. Brainstorming so I'm hacking it up but overall I feel like this would be a sound conclusion.
