I just also collect a lot of 1:64 shit and have drilled some of them apart to mix and match wheels. All the spychangers I have are 12mm rear wheels, with 10mm fronts, which is surprisingly common in hot wheels. The axle width varies, but you can find adjustable axles on ebay, as well as wheels themselves.
