The front is basically 31064 Seaplane Adventures but the back has a larger cargo space than the original and an opening cargo ramp (the seaplane has nowhere near enough ground clearance to ever open this in a useful way). You can't sit 2 figures side by side, but by the looks of it, it would have been really cramped in the original.
