I own 3 Mafex figures and my experience is as follows:
Figure 1, DKR Batman: needed replacement parts, eventually broke
Figure 2, ASM2 Spideman: joint tolerances are a mess but nothing ever broke
Figure 3, Mafex Boba Fett: great figure with some minor issues, all of which I was able to fix
