the 4 Gundam enemies are not that popular, but they have good sell through rate, Freedom v2, Justice, Destiny and IJ are very popular they sell out quickly, the Impulse is slightly lower than Strike v2, but both have very good sell rate. Providence is the lowest sell rate among all of the Seed Gundam MGs, despite the initial hype.
the Ginn and Zaku has the worst sell rate of the Seed MGs.
Also, MGEX Strike Freedom is so popular that it sold faster than MGEX Unicorn, the 2nd reprint preorders are already filled
TL:DR; you are never going to see a sale of Strike v2, Freedom, Justice and Astrays (the only chance they go on sale if its a season sale or store wide sale, but you are never going to see them on sale because of overstock or just to clear the inventory)
the other Seed MGs has higher chance of going on sale
