The best part (see: worst part) is that the technology is fucking SEAMLESS. It was developed to look great even on a skin tight female (Motoko Arise has it) when not in use so there is literally no reason Saitama couldn't have had it other than Max Factory not wanting to give it to him. Saitama also isn't some old shelved prototype either so once again, literally no fucking reason.
