And I didn't solely rely on my eyes either, I tried sampling a handful of the most neutral areas (ie, not in shadow or with blown out highlights) on the figure and suit, and value-wise both ended up almost dead center.
If anything, I think the sofubi and cheaper figures and shit are the wrong ones for depicting it as a near-bone-white.
