>>11276911Was it that? Not many big green mobile bases in G.I. Joe.
https://www.3djoes.com/general.htmlCould have also been Fort America, but that's not really a giant mobile base.
>>11276912The problem with that idea is the Joe X TF stuff starts with the toy being a near 1 to 1 replica of the original vehicle and then a robot is made from that. In the case of the Rolling Thunder, that vehicle was *absolutely massive* and would never be able to meet any kind of modernly decent price point as a re-release alone, never-mind as a transforming figure. But even if it were made, the bot mode that would come of just the cab alone would be massive, going by that front cockpit, and it wouldn't really scale well at all with the other figures.
For Prime to be a Rolling Thunder, it would take nothing short of a $300+ Haslab....which honestly isn't out of the realm of possibility considering how rabid Joe fans can be (JoexTF are just great Joe vehicles to begin with).
I always felt the most...realistic approach...to a Prime Joe x TF would be the old APC. Have the troop carrier part become a stand alone base and the rest could easily make for a decent Prime figure. They could even do a Night Force Nemesis Prime redeco as a con exclusive or something.
