I used to frequent anime cons and see those fuckers there and at weeb friends' places, but I could never bring myself to get one, partly because I have too many plushies at home and I've grown to find them over-rated. That being said, the knock offs and the authentic Alpacasso's are really nice to squeeze and sleep with, and they make cute decor too (they all stand up on their own).
What I really want are those god damn weeaby birds. I only managed to find the keychain sized ones from Rotofugi (Chicago) and I'm mad that they've sold out the big ones. Plenty of Alpacassos, and weeaboo hamsters and sloths, last I checked.
