>>9789745>>9790382are you painting by hand? you probably didn't thin your paint enough and layered it on too thick. you need to do many thin light coats if you're handpainting and the brush should be barely touching the piece. also don't keep brushing a part until the paint is dry, moving the paint around while it's drying will leave awful brush strokes, do a couple of strokes then leave it alone for a few minutes.
if you're airbrushing you probably thinned the paint too much and sprayed it on too thick
