How do you think a company will knoe what the consumer/clients would want about the services/goods they provide? Yeah, via their social media, emails, survey and the like, so asking them in their social media or email them our concerns about their product is a good way to get a positive answer by them (in this case, email them the link of the thread would help them be aware that gaijins like poches)
