Kinda jelly not gonna lie.
Anyways, here's the layout I've got planned for a roughly 4'x9' space. I used a HO layout from an old-ass Model Railroader as the basis and tweaked it to fit my needs (Swapped the two tunnels on the bottom left so the branchline goes to the right tunnel instead of the left, added a reverse loop at the top of the branchline so I don't have to always back up/switch trains around, made the main line a continuous double main, etc). General operations are probably gonna be coal-focused coming from the mine in the middle left going to either the power plant (brown box in the top center) or the fuel dealer (orange box in the bottom right) with a mix of other freight ops on the side. The town in the top right will be serviced by a small branch commuter (Either a Doodlebug if I can track one down or some of those 60' passenger cars Atlas is coming out with in a few months pulled by a 2-8-0). I had to make a compromise with the return loop and use a 11-inch radius track so regular 78' heavyweights won't work out too well on the loop. Otherwise I feel quite a bit happier with how this one looks from both a design and an operating perspective.
