I was messing around with the base and noticed something weird. The No.57 figures and equipment hardpoints use 3mm diameter pegs while the base-parts use 3.5mm diameter ones so they aren't compatible.
Then there's this vertical panel in pic that features some 3mm hardpoints you can use to mount equipment (if they have pegs). It's the first base part to do so I think?
