Can you guys help me ID a doll? I suspect it’s meant to be a celebrity but may just be a flash-in-the-pan Barbie competitor. Based on when this was published I’d guess it to have come out between 1999 and 2003, body looks more realistically detailed but also somewhat cheaper than barbies of that era. This magazine has same doll with white/blonde hair on another cover as well.
