The G1 toy is roughly what Bludgeon should ideally look like, just add the altmode over it. The design is at its best in the comics IMO.
Instead we got saddled with a toy trying to look like whatever the fuck this is supposed to be, which didn't look like Bludgeon even with the name on the drawing spelling it out or adding the upgrade kit to the toy.
