I just realized, what's the point of shitting on NECA?
Like if you're dissatisfied with their quality, don't buy from them. If you like em, keep collecting.
If you get bamboozled by a figure, either try and fix it, kit bash it, or sell it. NECA figures are the perfect figures for practicing your customizing skills. They're not Hot Toys and they're not coveted Japanese products.
I know boasting our opinions about things we enjoy makes us feel correct and triumphant, but in the end they're just toys. If I had a house fire happen and lost my collection I would be dissapointed, but I have other things worth much more and I live with about 5 people, so my first worry wouldn't be if my toys are ok, it would be are if my friends are dead or not.
I mean I live in NY and my work sometimes takes me on deliveries on the exact road where that bus attack happened on Halloween. If I had been working that day I might have been caught up in that shit.
Just say'n, toys are a hobby my dudes.
